1. About the Website.

1.1. Welcome to surface2air.com.au (Website). The Website provides practice tests and exams (Tests) for educational and study purposes.

1.2. The Website is operated and maintained by Surface 2 Air.

2. Acceptance of the Terms: Please read these terms and conditions (Terms). By continuing to use the Website denotes that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. Usage of the Website or any Services must cease immediately if you do not agree with the Terms.

2.1. Surface 2 Air, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to review and change any Terms by updating this page to be effective immediately. Surface 2 Air will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of updates to the Terms.

3. Use of Tests.

3.1. Access to Tests is available through the Website. Tests may be either free samples or purchased Tests as described on the Website.

3.2. Free sample Tests are single use currently only available to be accessed once per device.

3.3. Access to paid Tests will become available after payment has been made through PayPal (Payment).

3.4. Paid Tests are limited use as described on each individual Test screen prior to Payment and will expire after the described number of uses. These may be purchased again if required.

3.5. To purchase paid Tests the user is required to create login details by inputting an email address and creating a password. This enables the user to save a Test to finish later or login to take a Test again. The user will also be required to enter their name. Once required information has been entered, the user will be taken to PayPal to make Payment.

3.6. During the purchase process the user will be given a choice to join the Surface 2 Air mailing list. Joining the mailing list is completely optional.

3.7. Access to paid Tests can only be made through the original link on the Website or the original link provided by Surface 2 Air. This includes access to take a paid Test again or resume a saved Test.

3.8. A receipt will be available for download once a purchase has been made.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property.

4.1. The Website and Tests are subject to copyright. No user may copy, distribute, republish or share Tests or any part of a Test for commercial purposes or any other purpose that would result in a loss of intellectual property or potential income for Surface 2 Air.

4.2. Use of Services is limited to individuals for the intended purpose unless specifically agreed to in writing by Surface 2 Air.

5.0 Access.

5.1.Website access is available in the public domain.

5.2.Tests may only be accessed by the individual user who has purchased the Test.

5.3. In the event that a user is not able to access a Test that has been purchased, Surface 2 Air will assist. Either an email to info@surface2air.com.au or filling out the Website contact form is required to make the issue known.

6.0. Refund Policy

6.1. In the event that paid Tests are not able to be accessed by the user Surface 2 Air, at its absolute discretion may provide a refund. Before a refund is given Surface 2 Air will troubleshoot the issue in an attempt to provide the user with the Tests.

7.0. Privacy

7.1. Surface 2 Air takes privacy seriously. Any information provided through the use of the Website will not be shared or made available to third parties. The only exception to this is login details that are required to be used by classmarker.com as our provider of test platforms.

7.2. If the user chooses the option to join the mailing list, Surface 2 Air may from time to time email the user marketing and promotional material. This may be unsubscribed at any time.

8.0. Use of Website and Tests.

8.1. Efforts have been made to keep information provided on the Website and in Tests current and accurate however this is available without guarantee or warranty of any kind.

8.2. Surface 2 Air may not be held responsible or made liable for any loss or damage suffered by the user.

8.3. If information on the Website or Tests is found to be incorrect or incomplete a user is encouraged to contact Surface 2 Air either by email to info@surface2air.com.au or filling out the Website contact form.
9.0. External links

9.1. Throughout the Website the user will have the option to click on external links. These links are included to give the user ease of sourcing relevant material for safety, knowledge, education and study purposes relevant to the Tests.

9.1. Surface 2 Air is in no way affiliated with websites or downloads associated with these external links.

10.0. Severance.

10.1. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be void or unenforceable by a Court of Law, that part may be severed but all else will remain in place.
